✦ Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original lesson or subscription payment.

• Refunds are only applicable to unused or canceled lessons.

• Completed lessons are non-refundable.

✦ Lesson Cancellation

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the lesson start time are non-refundable.

✦ How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
